After the 2 p.m. screening of the documentary Vincent van Gogh: A New Way of Seeing, stroll over to the Blaffer Foundation Galleries, on the second floor of the Beck Building, for a concert that complements the film. Music is provided by the Houston Chamber Choir.

The concert features music spanning five centuries and countries throughout Europe, with choral versions of compositions by Wagner, Debussy, and others. Plus, a contemporary American selection connects to the legacy of Van Gogh: Don McLean’s “Vincent (Starry, Starry Night).”

Drop in! This program is free with general admission. Campstools are provided for seating. Space is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
